Description: Our first fest was held in Redwood City, California in 2019. Our 2020 fest went a different direction. Although we were sad to change our plans, our audience went GLOBAL because of Covid-19. We've been sharing more films and having more conversations than we ever could have because everything went online. Description: We celebrate our partnership with CONTINUE ON for 2024 The Continue On Organization is created by Nadine Crocker to get people the help they need and to continue to elevate stories on mental health. This year we will grant one filmmaker $1000: The CONTINUE ON BraveMaker grant to give one filmmaker some seed money toward producing a film that creates real change within the mental health space; to show others suffering, they are NOT ALONE.
